Welcome to the ASICS Falmouth Road Race Health & Fitness Expo!
Located at the Falmouth High School Field House, 874 Gifford Street
The Health & Fitness Expo welcomes 20,000 visitors including our 11,400 race participants, friends, family, and the general public to share in a three-day celebration featuring the latest in running, fitness, and uniquely Cape Cod items. Find official race apparel and the latest athletic shoes at the ASICS booth, get your poster signed by former Olympians and road race legends, attend seminars, experience the ASICS Falmouth Road Race course video, and maybe even get your runner gift bag from one of our elite athletes or local celebrities!
2025 Health & Fitness Expo and Number Pick-up Hours
Thursday, 8/14 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Friday, 8/15 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday, 8/16 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
All runners and their family and friends are welcome to come pick up their number and participate in the festivities leading up to race day! You may pick up someone else’s number if they can’t make it to the expo themselves. Please bring a copy of their photo ID (a photo on a smartphone is ok) and you will need to show your ID and leave your phone number with our number pick-up volunteers.
Be sure to visit our History of FRR exhibit at the Expo. Stay tuned for what is sure to be an exciting schedule of events planned for 2025!

Friday, August 16:
- 2 PM-4 PM: Official Poster Signing with the Artist Heidi Hurley
- 4:30 PM: B/SPOKE Studios Live DJ; Condition + Stretch Class (pre-registration is required, click HERE)
- 5 PM: Media Event and Grant Awards
- 5:30 PM: B/SPOKE Studios Live DJ; Yoga (pre-registration is required, click HERE)
- 6 PM: Festival Kick-Off: Opening Ceremonies and Q&A Session at the FHS Track
- 7 PM: Falmouth Track Festival, including the Tommy Cochary High School Invitational Mile, the Elite Wheelchair Mile, and the Falmouth Elite Mile
- 8:30 PM: Sky Elements Drone Show
Saturday, August 17:
- 8 AM: SBLI Family Fun Run registration
- 8:50 AM: 22nd SBLI Family Fun Run starts with a Mascot Race Kick-Off
- 10 AM: Falmouth Walk at Town Hall Square
- 10 AM-3 PM: Health & Fitness Expo and Number Pick-up open
