2023 Health & Fitness Expo and Number Pick-up Hours
Thursday, August 17 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Friday, August 18 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday, August 19 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
All runners and their family and friends are welcome to come pick up their number and participate in the festivities leading up to race day! You may pick up someone else’s number if they can’t make it to the expo themselves. Please bring a copy of their photo ID (a photo on a smartphone is ok) and you will need to show your ID and leave your phone number with our number pick-up volunteers.
Be sure to visit our History of FRR exhibit at the Expo. Stay tuned for what is sure to be an exciting schedule of events planned for 2023!

– 4:00 PM: Movie Screening: 26.2 to Life: the San Quentin Prison Marathon (FHS Auditorium) followed by Q&A Session with special guest, Markelle “The Gazelle” Taylor
– 5 PM: B/Spoke Studios Signature Strength Class (at the MoveStudios truck outside the Expo; pre-registration is required)
– 6 PM: B/Spoke Signature Yoga Class (at MoveStudios truck outside, pre-reg required)
– 6:45 PM: Q&A Session at the FHS Track (guests TBD)
– 7 PM: Falmouth Track Festival, including the Tommy Cochary High School Invitational Mile, the Elite Wheelchair Mile, and the Falmouth Elite Mile
Saturday, August 19:
– 8 AM: SBLI Family Fun Run registration
– 8 AM: Signature Yoga Class (at MoveStudios truck outside, pre-reg required)
– 9 AM: 21st SBLI Family Fun Run starts
– 10 AM: Falmouth Walk at Town Hall Square
