Signature Falmouth Road Race blend to be offered this summer
FALMOUTH, MA (May 26, 2022) – Falmouth Road Race, Inc., organizers of the annual ASICS Falmouth Road Race, one of America’s premier running events, is pleased to announce that Cape Cod Coffee will be the Official Coffee of the ASICS Falmouth Road Race.
As runners come to celebrate the 50th running of the Falmouth Road Race this August, they’ll be fueled by Cape Cod Coffee. This family-owned coffee lover’s institution has three locations in Mashpee, including their roasting facility. “Cape Cod Coffee is exactly the type of sponsor we look to partner with. They are engaged, finding ways to add value to our runner experience, and they are philanthropic-minded as well,” said Scott Ghelfi, president of the Falmouth Road Race board of directors. “Not only is Cape Cod Coffee local, they brew a fantastic cup of coffee.”
For this year’s race, the roasters at Cape Cod Coffee will introduce a signature Falmouth Road Race blend with a portion of proceeds to benefit Joe Q Veteran Coffee Break. “Cape Cod Coffee is proud and honored to sponsor the ASICS Falmouth Road Race. With similar philanthropic values and dedication to the community, our partnership is a natural fit and very exciting for us. Runners will have an opportunity to sample Cape Cod Coffee’s cold brew coffee and hot coffee at the Health & Fitness Expo, August 18-20 and at the ball field on race day, Sunday, August 21, 2022. All elite runner host families will receive a complimentary bag of the signature blend coffee and race volunteers will enjoy hot coffee on race morning from Cape Cod Coffee’s “Morning Hero” coffee boxes.
