Welcome to the ASICS Falmouth Road Race Health & Fitness Expo!
Located at the Falmouth High School Field House, 874 Gifford Street Ext.
The Health & Fitness Expo welcomes 20,000 visitors including our 11,400 race participants, friends, family, and the general public to share in a three-day celebration featuring the latest in running, fitness, and uniquely Cape Cod items. Find official race apparel and the latest athletic shoes at the ASICS booth, get your poster signed by former Olympians and road race legends, attend seminars, experience the ASICS Falmouth Road Race course video, and maybe even get your runner gift bag from one of our elite athletes or local celebrities!
The Health & Fitness expo is located at the Falmouth High School Field House, 874 Gifford Street Ext.
Parking is available on site at Falmouth High School. We ask that all visitors park only in a designated parking spot. Violators will be towed.

There will be no bib pickup on race day!
No bib pickup is available on race day.
You will need to know you bib number and have a physical copy of your photo ID to pick up your bib.
Yes! You can send a family member or a friend to pick up your number.
Please bring a copy of the runner’s ID (a photo is sufficient), the ID of the person picking up, and the phone number of the person picking up.
You can still pick up your bib and receive a mug and runner bag.
Do not switch or give away your number. If you cover or alter your running number, sell it or give it away, you will be disqualified and rejected from the next ASICS Falmouth Road Race and possible Shipwrecked Falmouth in the Fall.
Be sure to visit our Running History of FRR exhibit to experience a journey through the milestones, memories, and legends that have shaped our running community. While you’re here, don’t miss out on a packed schedule of events, featuring panels with Elite and Wheelchair athletes, the chance to buy race apparel, and check out a variety of vendors on-site.

Thursday, August 14:
- 4 PM-7 PM: Health & Fitness Expo and Number Pick-up open
- 6 PM: Medical Symposium in the FHS Library
Friday, August 15:
- 4:30 PM: B/SPOKE Yoga for Runners (pre-registration is required, click HERE)
- 5:30 PM: B/SPOKE Yoga for Runners (pre-registration is required, click HERE)
- 6 PM: Festival Kick-Off: Opening Ceremonies and Q&A Session at the FHS Track
- 7 PM: Falmouth Track Festival, including the Tommy Cochary High School Invitational Mile, the Elite Wheelchair Mile, and the Falmouth Elite Mile
Saturday, August 16:
- 8 AM: SBLI Family Fun Run registration and bib pick-up
- 8:50 AM: Mascot Race Kick-Off
- 9:00 AM: SBLI Family Fun Run
- 10 AM: Falmouth Walk at Town Hall Square
- 10 AM-3 PM: Health & Fitness Expo and Number Pick-up open
- 10:30 AM-11 AM: Poster signing with wheelchair athletes
- 11 AM-12 PM: Panel Discussion – 50 Years Wheelchair Division-Past, Present, and Future
- 12 PM-12:45 PM: Poster signing with elite athletes
- 12 PM-1 PM: History booth with wheelchair athletes Candace Cable and Craig Blanchette
- 1PM-2 PM: Panel Discussion – Faces from the Front: Elite Athletes Competing to Win the 53rd ASICS Falmouth Road Race
