Seeded Athletes

During registration, participants may submit a finish time from a past race run on or after January 1, 2025 on a USATF certified 10K course or the 7-mile Falmouth Road Race to be seeded at the front of the race with the first 800 participants.

Consideration for Seeded Start for Top 800 Runners

• Runners may begin submitting their proof after their application has been accepted, and they have registered to run.
• Only runners who have run a 7:35 pace per mile or faster will be considered.
• Runners will be seeded according to verified times to reach the fastest 800 runners, so not all runners who submit times will be accepted.
• Runners will be asked to place a direct link to race results with their registration.
• Results will be verified by race organizers.
• Upon acceptance, race bib numbers will reflect starting positions.

You must be a registered runner to be selected for a seeded start.
