2022 At-Home Edition What to Expect
Not able to make it to Falmouth this August, but you still want to snag the 50th finisher medal and the annual FRR commemorative coffee mug? You still have the opportunity to sign up for the 2022 AFRR At-Home Edition! You can run (or walk) the 7-mile distance either all at once, or over a 7-day period, it’s up to you!
50 States Challenge 🇺🇸
In honor of the 50th running of the ASICS Falmouth Road Race, we’d like to have 100% participation from all 50 United States, with representatives from each state participating either in person or through the At-Home Edition (the virtual race: run or walk 7 miles between August 7 and August 14).
Our goal: participation from all 50 states. To date, runners have signed up from 46 states – only 4 more to go! Do you know anyone in these states who wants to be a part of FRR history?
- North Dakota
- South Dakota
Help us fill in the whole US map and be entered in a raffle to win 50th Running swag!
Two ways to win AFRR swag:
- Anyone from one of those four states who signs up for the At-Home Edition race between June 25th and July 1st will be entered to win an official ASICS Falmouth Road Race 50th gear package!
- If you refer someone from one of those states and they sign up for the At-Home Edition, you’ll be entered to win as well!
How Can I Sign Up?
You can register online now to run the virtual ASICS Falmouth Road Race At-Home Edition.
When Can I Expect My Stuff?
Your runner gifts and bib are being sent to the address you provided in registration. The boxes will be shipped during the last week of July and scheduled to be delivered to you by early August, just in time for the event.

Share Your Success!
Take lots of sweaty selfies and celebratory finish line photos – with your very own finish line break tape – and share them with us! Tag us #FalmouthRoadRace and #FRRAtHome #FRR50th
Who knows, maybe you will appear in one of our videos!
Charity runners needed – you can complete your 7 miles At Home!
Please consider joining a charity fundraising team! You can walk, run, hop, skip, or jump your way through 7 miles in your neighborhood, wherever you are in the world.
The best part of the At-Home Edition of the ASICS Falmouth Road Race is YOU get to choose the course. Be as creative as you’d like to be. Perhaps your course will be a 3.5-mile out-and-back, or the one-mile loop around your neighborhood completed over several days, or it’s a 7-mile point-to-point with a loved one waiting at the “finish line” to celebrate you and return you safely to home. Whichever course you choose will be the right one.
Email the charity team of your choice and they will send you a link to register! Your support is appreciated by all!
If you decide to “go virtual,” you will have fun all summer long!
As with many other races, 2020 was our very first fully virtual event. We had a blast planning ways to keep you engaged all summer long. We launched our “Surprise & Delight” campaign, surprising participants and supporters with one of $35,000 worth of gift cards purchased from local shops and restaurants. We had fun creating Falmouth Road Race At-Home Edition playlists using your favorite songs. We played FRR BINGO, we had SuperFan quizzes, and we supported our inspiring charity runners who are a part of our Numbers for Nonprofits charity team program, now twenty years strong.
Did we mention the Digital Gift Bag – coming in July – with offers, contests, discounts, and great info?
You will complete your virtual 7 miles for the At-Home Edition between August 7th and August 14th
We simply ask that you run, or walk, seven miles at home, in your neighborhood, safely.
